Stranraer Football Club is a Scottish semi-professional football club based in the town of Stranraer in Dumfries and Galloway. The club was founded in 1870, making it the third-oldest football club in Scotland behind Queen's Park and Kilmarnock and one of the 20 oldest in the world. [ 2 ]
After being involved with first-team coaching with Stranraer during the 2015–16 season, Aitken was appointed assistant manager to Brian Reid shortly after announcing his retirement. Knox rejoined Stranraer in July 2007, in the position of Reserve Team manager. After Derek Ferguson left the club, Knox was appointed as caretaker manager in January 2009. [1] He was given the job on a permanent basis in February 2009. [2] Stranraer sacked Knox in October 2012, citing poor results early in the 2012–13 season. [3]

David MacGregor (born 9 June 1981) is a Scottish former footballer who is currently U20s assistant manager at Stranraer. MacGregor started his career with home town club Greenock Morton at the age of 14, before moving to Stranraer in 2011, and finishing his career with Queen's Park .
McKeown was released by Morton at the end of April 2016, after not recovering from his injury, [7] subsequently returning to Stranraer in June 2016. [8] McKeown made a further 18 appearances for the Blues before departing the club on 11 January 2017, [ 9 ] signing for fellow Scottish League One side Alloa Athletic on 13 January 2017. [ 10 ]
