The 2024 Texas Longhorns softball team represented the University of Texas at Austin during the 2024 NCAA Division I softball season. The Longhorns played their home games at Red and Charline McCombs Field as a member of the Big 12 Conference. They were led by head coach Mike White in his sixth season at Texas.

The Volunteers finished the 2019 season 43–17 overall, and 14–10 in the SEC to finish in a tie for second in the conference. The Volunteers hosted a regional during the 2019 NCAA Division I softball tournament and later advanced to the Gainesville Super Regional against Florida.
