Mr. Goodman falls into a coma and dreams of a world where he and Mr. Pickles have switched places. Mr. Pickles then kills the doctor and he kidnaps the nurse, having her serve as a prisoner in his lair.
Mr. Pickles later poses as the Mayor by using the Mayor's skin as a suit in order to free Grandpa Goodman from the asylum. Mr. Pickles makes the Mayor appear crazy at a town hall meeting by humping a female dog, allowing himself to be committed, which allows Mr. Pickles to get inside in order to free Grandpa.
