Hope & Faith is an American television sitcom, starring Faith Ford and Kelly Ripa as Hope Shanowski and Faith Fairfield, respectively. Hope is a homemaker and mother of three and Faith is her sister, a washed up soap opera star whose character is killed off, leading her to move in with Hope and her family in the fictional suburban Cleveland town of Glen Falls, Ohio.
The ladies found out that Jay is their half-brother because their dad was going through a hard time during marriage to Hope and Faith's mom; he met a lady with a same problem in her marriage and had a brief relationship. Surprised at the truth, Hope and Faith begins to open up to their new brother. It turns out that Jay is a cook.
Faith's Husband, Bob Thompson shows up and when he parks his RV in the driveway, an argument about finalizing their it turns passionate and Faith movies in. Hope and Faith follows Bob to the courthouse and finds that Bob inherits solid gold and diamond encrusted snow globes. At the end Hope promises not to be judgmental.

In the middle of season 2 Hope starts a catering business with Faith and calls her business, 'Hope and Faith caterers' .
