The Hospitality Lane District is a central business district in San Bernardino, California, located 2–3 miles (3-5 km) southeast of the city's downtown area along the street of the same name. After reviewing three sites and public opinions fond of the new courthouse idea, the supervisors bought a block on North Arrowhead Street and issued a $450,000 bond for the construction of the new courthouse. The hotel serves as the venue for Project Vista. 1981: Neptune & Thomas begins designing restoration of old Vista to house U.S. Court of Appeals. The building is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
