In the campaign for state's attorney, as Eli decides how best to use a "Nannygate"-style political bombshell that might cripple Wendy Scott-Carr's campaign. Eli appears to be sympathetic to the nanny. Alicia helps Diane defend McVeigh and piece together the truth about Beltran's shooting. McVeigh proposes to Diane, but she turns him down.
