Pleasure Island was an area of the Downtown Disney shopping, dining and entertainment district at Walt Disney World Resort.It officially opened on May 1, 1989. In September 2008, all of its clubs were closed, but its retail stores and restaurants remained open.

Pleasure Island was an amusement park located in Wakefield, Massachusetts. The park, billed as the " Disneyland of the Northeast ", [ 1 ] [ 2 ] was in business from 1959 to 1969. During its short existence it went through several owners [ 1 ] and was financially handicapped by New England 's relatively short summers.

Al-Tro Island Park was an amusement park built in the late 19th century in the village of Menands near the border with Albany, New York; formerly the park was known as Pleasure Island. The island has since been covered with fill and used for Interstate 787 .
