Ronin's Grips - Polymer80 Pistol Frame M35 Drill Bits 3mm & 4 mm - These quality drill bits are sized for drilling Polymer80 pistol frames for their pins. This package includes one 3mm drill bit (approx. 2.95-2.97mm) and one 4mm drill bit (approx. 3.95-3.96mm). I did a Google search using the OPs exact words.

Like you, I drilled each hole separately. After I was done and ready to assemble everything, I put the drill bit all the way through both sides and drilled a little. Worked much better after that. My 17 build was a learning experience but I'm so happy with the final product I ordered a compact kit and am building a 19 right now.

The screw has a bigger shoulder on it. I push the screws through from the underside of the sight, and they flush up real nice. It's like they did not drill the hole properly from the factory, they went bigger on the bottom and smaller on the top. Got home, and checked the drill index for a bit that would fit thru the bottom but not the top.

When they have them in stock, they ship right away, and the price has always included shipping with either. I usually order in lots of 2000, as the price per thousand goes down a good bit.

Drill out the bore. The outside diameter of the liner and the drilled hole should be a slip fit. If you can get you hands on a .30 caliber take off rifle barrel then you can just cut off a piece and turn it down to fit the drilled hole. We use Locktite 620 to bond the liner into the hole.

Initial impressions are: Tint is much less annoying on the 507K. For a given (perceived) brightness match, the RMR cc dot is a little sharper to my eyes (and I have slight astigmatism in my dominant eye) (2MOA for Holosun vs 3.5MOA on RMR cc). The edges on the RMR body are softer (good for smashing into my belly)

Doing so will break the whole right side of the trigger pad. 2. Drill a new hole in the trigger pad. You want to drill a hole up and to the right of the original (if looking at left side). The new hole should be .130" (measuring center to center) from the original, and should be 5/64" in diameter.

Say for example, on a stock glock spring you have 1" of preload, or about 17lbs. (that is, the stock spring is compressed 1" to fit on the captured guide rod and be installed in the gun) Now, say you cut off 1/2" of the springs coils. While you may have only reduced your overall compressed weight by 8.5lbs, you've reduced your preload down to 8 ...

Ejection of loaded rounds is a bit smoother, making the entire press run better. Also, to insure against double charges, I always use a powder that fills more than 1/2 the case volume, in the case of my 9mm, the powder (Vhit N320) is only about 1/8" below the case mouth before seating the bullet.
