Tri-Chandra Multipurpose Campus (Nepali: त्रि-चन्द्र बहुमुखी क्याम्पस) is a constituent campus of Tribhuvan University located in Ghantaghar, Kathmandu. Founded in 1918 by Chandra Shumsher, it is the oldest institute of higher learning in Nepal.
It was initially founded with the initiation of local education lovers, businessmen, politicians and the community. It became a part of Tribhuvan University in 1973 B.S. This campus is second oldest to Tri-Chandra College. The campus offers courses in Bachelor's and Master's degree in humanities, management, science and arts. [2]

Formal higher learning in Nepal began with the establishment of Tri-Chandra College in 1918(1975 BS), the first college in the country. Until 1985, Tribhuvan University was the only university in the country. The second university to be founded was Nepal Sanskrit University.

It was formerly known as Public Science College (PUSCOL). It was later renamed in the memory of Amrit Prasad Pradhan. Pradhan was born in 1918 at Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal.
