The Mooloolah River National Park is a nationally protected area located on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.It covers an area of 830.9 hectares and is bordered by the Mooloolah River to the east, Claymore and Dixon Roads to the west, and the Lower Mooloolah River Environmental Reserve to the south.
In 1916, O'Connor proposed to develop the Alexandra Residential Hotel on 36 acres behind the main surfing beach on the corner of Alexandra Parade, Main Buderim Mountain Road (now Buderim Avenue) and Edward Street. The architect was Thomas Ramsay Hall. [6] This temperance hostel was constructed between 1923 and 1928, opening on 31 December 1928. [7]
