Dig That Crazy Christmas is the second Christmas album by The Brian Setzer Orchestra. Released in 2005 on Surfdog Records , it is a collection of holiday songs performed in big band swing style. Although most of the songs have been previously recorded by other artists, it includes two originals written by Setzer .
In 1986, the song title was parodied in "All I Want for Christmas Is a Dukla Prague Away Kit" by the band Half Man Half Biscuit on The Trumpton Riots EP. Country music parodist Cledus T. Judd parodied the song on his 2002 Christmas album Cledus Navidad. Titled "All I Want for Christmas Is Two Gold Front Teef", Judd's parody is performed in rap. [9]
The Crazy Christmas Edition of the album was released on November 25 with an alternate cover and several holiday-themed bonus tracks. This edition charted in the UK at #75. There was also a similar release titled Crazy Winter Hits 2006 with a selection of rarities and remixes, released only in Russia and Ukraine.
