In the late- and post-Cold War era, the term battle dress uniform (BDU; from an American uniform of the same name) is used most often to describe combat uniforms in general.
The OG-107 was the basic work and combat utility uniform (fatigues) of all branches of the United States Armed Forces from 1952 until its discontinuation in 1989.
