Phoenix Industries, Inc. was an American aircraft manufacturer based in Southampton, New Jersey. The company specialized in the design and manufacture of powered parachutes and paramotors in the form of ready-to-fly aircraft in the US FAR 103 Ultralight Vehicles category.
Developed as a version of the Phoenix Industries B1Z ParaFlyer, the CV1 ParaFlyer was designed to comply with the US FAR 103 Ultralight Vehicles rules, including the category's maximum empty weight of 254 lb (115 kg). The aircraft has a standard empty weight of 120 lb (54 kg).
Juniata was named by the Burlington Railroad for a river in Pennsylvania [5] and is the oldest town in Adams County.
