Kisstory R&B R&B music station launched nationally on DAB+ in September 2024 as part of a wider reshuffle of Bauer properties, including the withdrawal of Kiss 100 from FM in London. The Kisstory R&B format had previously been used for a feed as part of the Kiss Premium paid streaming service.
In 1995, the group released the book Kisstory, a 440-page, 9 pounds (4.1 kg), detailed chronicle of the group's history to that point. That same year, the band embarked on a unique and well-received Worldwide Kiss Convention Tour.
Both Simmons and Stanley granted interviews for the Revolutionary Kiss comics, and the same Hard Rock Comics creative team also did the comic bio section of Kiss' own KISStory hardcover book, as well as a comic adaptation of The Elder which has so far only been published in Metal Edge Magazine.
On 6 November 2017 it was removed from Digital One and replaced by pop-up station Magic Christmas, and subsequently Absolute Radio 90s used the slot during 2018: a reshuffle of DAB capacity in February 2019 ahead of the launch of Scala Radio ultimately put Kisstory in this slot on D1.
