Airlines and air travel: I HIGHLY recommend outside premium economy seats. The seats are wider, they recline about 45 deg to sleep, really good food (like standard airline food was 50 years ago), free drinks, and a decent entertainment system (including internet for a fee).

We just completed the two-week Grand European Tour River cruise on the Viking Modi which began in Amsterdam and ended in Budapest. The staff on the ship was wonderful – friendly and attentive. We were treated to a glassing blowing demonstration on the ship.
