Citra Raya Tangerang is the largest integrated city developed by the Ciputra Group at Cikupa and Panongan of Tangerang Regency in Indonesia, which is located about 40 km from the capital Jakarta. The township is within Greater Jakarta and has a land area of about 2,760 hectares. Development of the township began in 1994. [1]
Tangerang District is an administrative district of Tangerang City, in Banten Province of Indonesia, on the island of Java. It covers an area of 15.79 km 2 , and had a population of 126,244 at the 2010 Census [ 2 ] and 153,859 at the 2020 Census; [ 3 ] the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 165,575.
The planned extension of the toll road, Serpong–Balaraja Toll Road will also cross West BSD and link the city to Balaraja in Tangerang Regency and is set to open in June 2022.
