Pierce the Veil is an American rock band formed in San Diego, California, in 2006. It was founded by brothers Vic and Mike Fuentes after the disbanding of Before Today, which formed out of the San Diego punk scene.

Michael Christopher Fuentes (born December 14, 1984) is an American musician, best known as the co-founder and former drummer for the post-hardcore San Diego based band Pierce the Veil, [1] [2] which he co-founded alongside his older brother Vic Fuentes in 2006. [3] Fuentes was the percussionist of the supergroup Isles & Glaciers.
