If anything I experienced better lifts. -Can be used BEFORE the actual cheat day to compensate. -Since it's only 24 hours of fasting you won't lose muscle. -Even easier if ten of those fasting hours are during sleep. -Could be used on the weeks you have plateaued.

to be honest you really don't seem to have that much on you. you look like you need to bulk up more so that way the muscles really "POP" out. but i tried that (although i never did it for more than 24 hours) and found it worked really well. however look up leangains.com. it's similar to what you're doing however it's different time levels ...

Rep Power: 1334. Water fasting isn't all that bad. Obviously you shouldn't work out too hard in the days you fast, but it's a great way to detox. I was hoping to log my weights and stats to show how sustainable this type of eating really is. What I'm doing: Eating every other day. On fast days, I'll either eat nothing or a total of less than 400 calories. Weights logged morning after fast day and using restroom. 4/18 - 190.2 4/22 - 187.4 4/25 - 185.0.
