    I realized today that I'd forgotten to file my last bi-weekly claim for the UC benefits which was scheduled for November 10. This is of course ridiculous but I did forget. It's been about 3 weeks now and I just realized it. I re-opened a claim and at the end of the application it said that my benefits will kick in on 12/4.

    On the PA UC website, it would say my claim was "Regular/Active", but had 2 "Open Issues" and each week of my "Benefits History" would say "In Progress (Disqualification). The 2 Open Issues were cleared last week, but then as I filed my weekly claim this last Sunday, every week for my Benefits History changed to "Disqualified Week".

    I was laid off from my job nearly a month ago and I have gone online to claim two weeks of benefits so far. I received an email with a confirmation on the first week of benefits and just a confirmation # on the 2nd week. I just went in today to check in on my claim and received a message saying that my claim has been pended and to call an agent.
