I think the closest you can reasonably get is a slush machine. A single chamber slush machine can be found online for $1500. However, I am able to rent one from a nearby liquor store (in the guise of a frozen margarita machine) for well under $100 a day. As for the mix, you can buy a case of generic stuff (3 gallons) for under $30.
