Baseball, basketball, and track and field weren't added until the 1934–35 school year. The conference saw no change in membership for the first 37 years of its existence. The first change was after the 1968–69 school year when Litchfield, the smallest school in the league, left the Little "C" for the Mid-Southern Conference.
