    I'm not sure if the Google Workspace settings can prevent a user from visiting the published site - I would have guessed that not to be the case, but I'm not all that familiar with Google Workspace, and your situation seems to be indicating otherwise since if the issue was a network filter etc, it would be unusual to be forwarded to a Google login page.
