Obviously, Rocko wasn't familiar with the name. Rocko loves his parents. They make an appearance in the pilot episode in Rocko's flashbacks and in a different photo. From the picture, Rocko's father must be strict and manly and his mother must be kind and confident. They are much like Heffer's parents. They didn't speak in the series.
