The following is a list of Illinois High School Association member conferences.Schools that belong to these conferences compete with each other on a local level in athletics and non-athletic activities.
Grain Valley left the conference at the end of the 2017-18 school year and joined the Suburban Kansas City Conference. Warrensburg replaced Grain Valley. Center and Clinton were added beginning in the 2020-21 school year. Excelsior Springs departed after the 2021-22 school year and followed Grain Valley to the Suburban Conference.
The school has teams in baseball, softball, volleyball, football, wrestling, cross country, cheerleading, and dance. In addition, they have both boys and girls teams in soccer, tennis, basketball, volleyball, swim and dive, trapshooting and golf. Their mascot is the Eagle, most recently portrayed by Joseph Pitman.
