Dallas BBQ (sometimes locally referred as "BBQ's") is a restaurant dining chain in New York City, founded in 1978 by the Wetanson family. The restaurant serves Texas-style barbecue ribs, chicken and steaks. As of 2023 the chain had ten restaurants around the New York metropolitan area.
Since 2016 and as of 2022, the Wetson's trademark is owned by National Food Brands Marketing, Inc., of East Norwich, New York. [7] The Wetanson family later founded the New York City family-run restaurant chain Dallas BBQ which, as of 2025, is co-owned by three generations of the family: Herbert, his son Greg, and grandson Stuart.
