CCDs are not notable, and Yulee in particular is notable as a CDP, not a county division (unless I'm mistaken and people actually refer to the entire section of the county as Yulee). I think the article should be scoped down to only cover the CDP, replacing population, area, economic, etc. figures as appropriate.
