McCormick's Creek Falls Trail. Trail #3. This short 0.8 miles (1.3 km) is considered RUGGED. The trail begins across from Canyon Inn and drops down before rising at the edge of McCormick's Creek Canyon. The trail access and overlook parking lot here before descending to the bottom of the canyon. There are no bridges across the creek.

Lenape Trail, named for the Lenape tribe that once inhabited the area, is a 5.5-mile (8.9 km) "moderate" hiking trail. It is also a loop trail. The township was originally included as part of the larger Armstrong township in Westmoreland County on March 12, 1800. The Pennsylvania legislature established Indiana County on March 30, 1803 and concurrently formed Conemaugh township from part of Armstrong township, however Indiana County was not legally organized until November 3, 1806 and Conemaugh township not organized until 1807.
