Orson Squire Fowler's 1848 book The Octagon House, A Home for All and his "monumental" four-story, 60-room house built during 1848–1853, Fowler's Folly in Fishkill, New York, provided inspiration for a nationwide fad. The First National Bank Building is a commercial high-rise building in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The building rises 250 feet (76 m) in downtown Tulsa. [2] It contains 20 floors, and was completed in 1950. [1] The First National Bank Building currently stands as the 15th-tallest building in the city, and the 30th-tallest building in the state of Oklahoma.
