Danny formed the Happy Valley Boys after Charlie joined the military in 1941. In 1944 the Happy Valley Boys relocated to Nashville, where they became members of the Grand Ole Opry, and also made regular appearances on WSM-AM radio in Nashville. At that time, Danny was the youngest person to ever perform on the Grand Ole Opry. [2]
The Boswell Sisters were an American close harmony singing trio of the jazz and swing eras, consisting of three sisters: Martha Boswell (June 9, 1905 – July 2, 1958), Connie Boswell (later spelled "Connee", December 3, 1907 – October 11, 1976), and Helvetia "Vet" Boswell (May 20, 1911 – November 12, 1988).
The duo recorded their second album in December 2012 and January 2013 at the Village Recording Studios, Los Angeles, with T Bone Burnett as producer. The album, Put Your Needle Down, was released on April 15, 2014.

The Harmonie Club's original charter stated that it was created to provide "mutually beneficial entertainment, occasional singing entertainments, lectures, etc" for recent German immigrants. The first meeting of the club was held November 8, 1852 in a rented room on Broome Street with thirty-nine members in attendance.
Dick Van Dyke — lead vocals. Van Dyke is an actor, dancer, singer, and comedian of film, television, and Broadway fame. Van Dyke sings lead on all but one of the Vantastix songs, and during live performances uses choreography similar to the style of his movies and in one instance "pop-n-loc".
