FM 1957 is known as Potranco Road within Bexar County. The modern routing of this highway was originally defined in 1954. Since then, FM 1957's western terminus has been extended to FM 471 near Rio Medina , and the entire routing along Culebra Road was transferred to FM 3487 .
The brick home of Pearson, built in 1861, was fully restored in the 1970s and is the centerpiece of the 30-acre (120,000 m 2) Richmond Hill Law School & Nature Park. The Richmond hill Inn has closed for the winter but appears to be still taking reservations for April 2010. It is not known if Richmond hill inn is collecting deposits on wedding reservations. As of late February 2010 the Richmond Hill Inn website is reporting that it will not reopen in April 2010, due to arson by former employees.

[ 5 ] [ 6 ] [ 7 ] In 1988, the I-410 overpasses over the SH 151 frontage roads were completed, [ 8 ] as was the interchange with US 90 at the eastern terminus. [ 9 ]
Richmond County is a county located on the central southern border of the U.S. state of North Carolina. Its county seat is Rockingham. The county was formed in 1779 from a portion of Anson County and named in honor of Charles Lennox, 3rd Duke of Richmond and Lennox. As of the 2020 census, the population was 42,946.
