Here is a text list of the top 50 templates that you can easily add to you watchlist. Just go to your watchlist, click "Edit raw watchlist" at the top, and copy-paste this list in it. When you notice a major change in one of those templates, or if you suspect a change will affect accessibility, please report the change to the accessibility project.

Note that this template does not actually create the watchlist page; it simply provides a grouped set of links to see recent changes to any articles linked to from the watchlist page (the "watchlist" function), edit the page, see the page's edit history, or simply go directly to the page.
This template is used in MediaWiki:Watchlist-messages. Changes to it can cause immediate changes to the Wikipedia user interface. To avoid major disruption, any changes should be tested in the template's /sandbox or /testcases subpages, or in your own user subpage. The tested changes can be added to this page in a single edit.
It is best used in conjunction with {}, a similar template for articles in the main namespace. The pwli template will add a bullet-pointed line to the watchlist page containing links to the article specified as its parameter and to its talk page. Using the pwlr template with the name of a redirect will add a similar line with two bullet points.
