Augusta, GA: Closed: The first of two Linwood Hayne Scout camps in Augusta was in an area surrounded by what is now Boy Scout Road. It opened for its first season in the summer of 1926, and remained there for 20 years before the campground was sold in the mid-1940s and moved to a site 12 miles south of Augusta on Georgia Highway 56.
