The Craft Memorial Library (CML) is a public library serving the city of Bluefield, West Virginia. CML also operates as part of the Mountain Library Network, a resource sharing consortium which unites public library services across West Virginia. The library is governed by a publicly elected board of trustees.
A new library was funded through a gift from Eliza E. Smith, a Pennsylvanian and the sister and heir of A. Herr Smith; A. Herr Smith had business interests in Loda and had grown fond of the area. The library was incorporated in 1896, and construction on the new library building was completed in 1897.
It is the main library for McNeese State University. It is named for politician and university president Lether Edward Frazar . In 2019, it signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) to become a Preservation Steward for Environmental Protection Agency publications.

The Westerly Memorial and Public Library was built in 1894 and was designed by Longstaff and Hurd in the Richardson Romanesque Revival style. It was built with funds from Stephen Wilcox in 1892. [3] An eastern addition was built in 1924. Opened on August 15, 1894, it is maintained by the Memorial and Library Association of Westerly. [4] [5]
