Luca Zingaretti (Italian pronunciation: [ˈluːka ddziŋɡaˈretti]; born 11 November 1961) is an Italian actor and film director, known for playing Salvo Montalbano in the Inspector Montalbano mystery series based on the character and novels created by Andrea Camilleri.
