Spring Hill is a city in Johnson and Miami counties in the U.S. state of Kansas, [1] and part of the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. As of the 2020 census , the population of the city was 7,952, [ 3 ] [ 4 ] and was estimated to be 9,689 in 2023.
