Eastern Beach is a popular swimming and recreation area in Geelong, Victoria on the shores of Corio Bay. Built during the 1930s in the Art Deco style, a shark proof sea bath is provided, as well as a children's swimming pool , kiosk , and dressing room pavilion.
The Royal Geelong Yacht Club was established in 1859, and is located on the shores of the bay. The adjacent Bay City Marina was constructed in the 1980s. Eastern Beach is a popular swimming and recreation area close to the centre of Geelong.

East Geelong is a residential suburb of Geelong, Victoria, Australia. At the 2016 census, East Geelong had a population of 3,862. [1] The post office opened on 6 June 1921. An earlier Post Office dating from 1871 was later renamed Moolap West. [2] The 81-hectare Eastern Park is located in East Geelong.

Ocean Grove beach on Bass Strait The Bellarine Peninsula is a gently to moderately undulating landform that protrudes in an east and north-easterly direction into Port Phillip . The peninsula is generally considered to begin its protrusion between the town of Torquay and east of Geelong .
