Southgate is a census-designated place (CDP) in Sarasota County, Florida, United States. The population was 6,287 at the 2020 census, down from 7,173 at the 2010 census. [5] It is part of the North Port–Bradenton–Sarasota, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.
University Center FSU (officially Devoe L. Moore University Center) is a group of four brick buildings that surround Doak Campbell Stadium at the southwest corner of the campus of Florida State University.
