    The picture of the bridge says "Ocean Springs" but in fact it appears to be the Hwy 90 bridge between Bay Saint Louis and Pass Christian. Ocean Springs is about 30 miles further east. The write up about Bay Saint Louis and Katrina is odd and leaves a lot out. That is in severe need of editing. I can not do this myself.
