As of the 2020 United States census , the borough's population was 7,777, [ 10 ] [ 11 ] an increase of 121 (+1.6%) from the 2010 census count of 7,656, [ 20 ] [ 21 ] which in turn reflected an increase of 46 (+0.6%) from the 7,610 counted in the 2000 census .
