They provide great content with free access. If you create a free account then you can view all content. I personally don’t pay for CHE because I read IHE.

I only have experience in Residence Life and Student Activities (probably considered the “worst” areas of higher education to work in), but in my experience, it’s more than just the area. Your supervisor and the institution itself can make or break the experience.

There's a finite number of students that can handle the dramatic escalation in cost. I've been at my university for years and while every place has its downsides, I generally like it.
