The Faculty of Engineering of the University of Santo Tomas (UST) is the oldest engineering school in the Philippines. It was established on May 18, 1907, as School of Civil Engineering [ 2 ] with one program offering leading to the degree of Master of Science in Civil Engineering (MSCE).
