Walmart Soundcheck was a series of musical performances and interviews released exclusively by Walmart, starting in 2006. Each recording consisted of a four-to-six-song set performed live, plus an interview, and was released as a digital album as well as played on televisions inside Walmart retail stores.
The Entertainer is a 5-disc Garth Brooks DVD collection of previously aired television specials and music videos. The collection was released on November 1, 2006 and was sold exclusively at Wal-Mart and Sam's Club stores. Most of the footage is from different angles than seen on the original broadcast.
The set contains an All Access DVD, containing footage from Brooks' live shows, as well as a photo gallery and the music videos for "Standing Outside the Fire", "Callin' Baton Rouge", "Wrapped Up in You" and "Ain't Goin' Down ('Til the Sun Comes Up)". The DVD also contains approximately 40 minutes of interviews with Brooks.
A 2-disc special edition of the album was released on November 7, 2006, featuring all original songs from the soundtrack, a cover of "Route 66" which was used to promote the Disney/Pixar film Cars, a remix of "Strut", a DVD of the Disneyland concert special that aired on Disney Channel, and an exclusive interview with The Cheetah Girls. It contains one new song, "Music Time," which was released as a single, reaching #40 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. Caught in the Act is also the name of a VHS video recording that featured the band acting out the concept established in their Kilroy Was Here album. A DVD version was released on December 11, 2007.

Two songs on this compilation album are edited compared to the original releases: "We've Got Tonight" is the single edit, which is about one minute shorter than the album version, and "Katmandu" is a newly edited version which omits the second verse, making the song also about one minute shorter compared to the original album version.
