Your next bill will include the past due month along with the amount due for your current billing cycle. There are a number of reasons why this unfortunate event may have happened to you: • Your bank suspended or replaced your credit card. • Your credit card had insufficient funds at the time we processed your payment.
If your card number has changed, you must add a new card. 1. Sign in to your My Account page. 2. Click My Wallet. 3. Click Payment Methods. 4. Click Add Credit or Debit Card. 5. Enter the new info. 6. Click Submit.
Remember, credit card issuers generally won’t report a late payment to the credit bureaus until it is at least 30 days past due so it’s always better to submit a payment as soon as you can.
The good news is that typically your payment would have to be more than 30 days past the due date for the card issuer to report this lapse to the credit reporting agencies.
