Kentucky Route 369 is a 13.796-mile-long (22.203 km) rural secondary highway in western Butler County and southern Ohio County. The highway begins at KY 70 (Rochester Road) in the city of Rochester. KY 369 heads north along Russellville Street and intersects KY 1117 (Provo Road).
Tolls were removed from the four-lane section in 1985, and the road became fully free in 1986 when the remaining tolls were removed from the two-lane section. The Mountain Parkway used a circular shield until the 2000s. The route was designated Kentucky Route 114 (KY 114) in April 1985. In August, the road was redesignated KY 402.

It begins at an intersection with KY 82 in eastern Estill County, in which it travels for 0.693 miles, then crosses into Powell County and ends at an intersection with KY 1057 approximately 2.5 miles south of Clay City.
