Just uploaded an SVG of the Biden-Harris Transition logo (PNG is currently used for wiki pages). SVG was downloaded directly from the transition site (www.buildbackbetter.com) and renders properly when viewed on computer, but does not on the file page. Have looked at the SVG help page but not seeing anything which seems relevant.

Hi all, I recently have a problem about rendering an SVG correctly. The file File:BSicon SANDBOX.svg has a mask within it, and the desired outcome is a pair of parallel dashed line following the cubic bezier curve. I was able to achieve that in IE9, Firefox and Chrome, but not on the Commons or the SVG check. Can anyone spot the problem?
