The Ridings High School was founded in 1957. It was opened by the then Member of Parliament for Bristol South East, Tony Benn.. Frampton Cotterell is a village and civil parish in South Gloucestershire, England, on the River Frome. The village is contiguous with Winterbourne to the south-west and Coalpit Heath to the east.
