Morzine (French pronunciation:; Arpitan: Morzena), alternatively known as Morzine-Avoriaz (pronounced [mɔʁzin avɔʁja]), is an alpine commune on the Swiss border in the Haute-Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in Southeastern France.
Lift passes can be purchased for Les Gets and the neighbouring area of Morzine, or for the wider Portes du Soleil. Combined, Morzine and Les Gets have around 50 lifts across several distinct ski areas. Lift passes for Mont Chéry (at one side of Les Gets) can also be purchased for that area only.
