    We had to change the password to the email address. Using Mac Mail app on laptop, we updated new password in Mail—>settings—>Accounts pane. Comcast account read “Comcast (offline)”. We changed the password for the imap and smtp servers on that pane. Still, we had the same problem.

    Fake. This is phishing/fraud. "Click here to save your email" is a scammer classic. The "From:" address is not one that Comcast/Xfinity uses, and even if it was, "From:" addresses can be forged.
