    3231 posts · Joined 2015. #45 · Oct 8, 2020. On the Transit the sizes are different, with the size used on the dually being cheaper and more common than what the SRW gets. The difference at todays prices between 4 OEM on a SRW and 6 OEM on a DRW is $120. There are pros and cons to dually.

    I think I would rather strap 2 jerry cans or a couple rotopax tanks on the back for a fraction of the cost and no mods to the van. No that I think about it I will keep that in mind if I ever need the extra fuel. A pair of 3 gallon rotopax cost $200. That will get me another 90 miles or a few days of heat and hot water.
