OK TY. I did just as you said. It would not download with any other browser EXCEPT Chrome. I had Edge, Google and Bing in my laptop. Once I downloaded Chrome then I re-applied the F-Secure in Edge as it stated. Right now it is scanning. I was using the Securirty Suite with I like for it Banking program and somehow was not working properly.
I pulled up the account using your registration information for the community. It looks like the router is still showing that the Security Shield is turned on. I do see that there is an interruption in the area currently, so it's possible that it may be causing the router to not update with changes in the app or vice versa.
